Christians in Care is a growing network that offers support and ongoing encouragement for Christians who work in the care sector. We aim to give hope to the unsung heroes in care by connecting together, in Christ.
Through our thriving online communication channels including WhatsApp groups and monthly prayer meetings on Zoom, we champion the important work and witness of care workers on the frontline.
Did you know…?
More than five per cent of England’s workforce – some 1.52 million people - are employed in adult social care, according to government statistics. The sector is often undervalued and faces many longstanding challenges including high vacancy rates, high staff turnover, rising demand and low pay.
That is why our mission is to encourage and inspire those in paid positions in the care sector to connect with one another as they live and speak for Jesus in the workplace.

Our vision is to see care workers inspired and emboldened with the ongoing support of a welcoming community of believers. We understand and share the joys and struggles of working in this sector and champion frontline staff as they live and speak for Jesus in their role.
